WINTER 2007-2008
 
All our rooms are for long term tenants staying for the Winter 2007-2008 Season. All tenants must sign a Winter Contract ensuring the room will be rented until spring. We recommend one person per room, however will make exceptions for couples wishing to share.
 
OUR RATES*:
1. Private Room SINGLE
 
$300/month (this price includes all taxes)

Upon arrival we require first and last month's rent plus a Damage Deposit of $150. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash.

 

2. Private Room DOUBLE

$400/month (this price includes all taxes)

Upon arrival we require first and last month's rent plus a Damage Deposit of $150. We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.

OUR ROOMS:

All of our rooms are newly renovated. They have secure VING CARD access keys. Each room contains a single bed, a dresser and side table and a set of sheets, duvet and pillows. All of our rooms have at least one big window for you to view the beautiful surroundings of the Elk Valley. Our guests share toilet and shower facilities (separate for men and women) and are cleaned bi-weekly.

Our rooms are located on the top floor of the building, most are directly above the Fernie Pub, please expect some noisy nights as the pub is open until 2 AM.

Downstairs we have new kitchen facilities, common area with television and cable, coin laundry facilities and more washrooms.
 
OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
  • No smoking anywhere in the hotel
  • No pets allowed
  • Quiet time is 11 PM until 7 AM
  • You are required to keep the kitchen and common areas clean (i.e. do your own dishes, put garbage away, clean countertops etc.)
  • The common areas are cleaned twice weekly by a professional cleaner
  • Shuttle service available everyday to and from the ski hill, very cheap
  • Grocery store located directly beside the hotel
  • Cold Beer & Liquor Shop located directly under the hotel
  • Hotel located in downtown Fernie, right behind Victoria Avenue (our Main street)
  • The Fernie Pub offers food 11 AM to 10 PM everyday with affordable dinner & lunch specials
